Yep, Overload Scans is pretty much dead. All the staff went off to greener pastures and the sole remaining group leader is busy with Real Life.
If you need to contact the group leader for some reason, like when requesting download links to be fixed, try your luck with the staff mail address or drop by in the dead IRC channel. Maybe you’ll get lucky and catch CatWEax there, who’s often online on weekends and sometimes also on work days.
